July 8, 2025 7:53 PM (GMT+2) According to The great Alzara (2nd time), I will only ever find 7 of these 8 letters. So far I have found the 7th (see 7th red letter). I will keep looking for them passively.
July 10, 2025 8:51 PM (GMT+2) I found the 4th red letter and it’s also related to Mary Matthew Jones (Marion Marigold). Perhaps all of them are, perhaps they’ll shed some light on her disappearance? What happened to Mary?
July 11, 2025 1:08 AM (GMT+2) Given that there’s 8 letters and 8 safes (according to one of the messages in Meaning of paintings), and that the two red letters I’ve found so far are in safes, I think it’s safe (pun intended) to assume that the rest of the red letters are also in safes.

August 16, 2025 5:40 PM (GMT+2) According to the memos in 13th letter from Randolph, there’s a safe on the 10th rank, which means there’s a safe on Room 46.
September 8, 2025 10:59 PM (GMT+2) These letters were put in red envelopes by Denny Revane (see What was Denny involved with? and Blackmailing). However, I’m still extremely confused about whether there were originally 7 or 8 red letters.
September 9, 2025 1:25 AM (GMT+2) Reviewing the source from which I concluded that there was a safe on the 10th rank, I saw it was a green memo. I have no clue why I assumed it was true. I in fact have no idea if it’s true or not. So now I’m not really sure if there is a safe on Room 46.
September 10, 2025 9:03 PM (GMT+2) According to Memo about the red letters, only 6 of the 8 red letters were addressed at Herbert S. Sinclair. I already have the two that were not addressed to him, they are 2nd red letter and 6th red letter, both addressed to Mary Matthew Jones (Marion Marigold). So I guess this confirms that the letter I’m missing was addressed at Herbert.
I’ll be keeping track here of known and unknown safe / red letter locations, and any theories about their codes or whereabouts in case I haven’t been able to figure them out yet. This is for organizational purposes, rather than making a separate mystery for each safe as I’ve been doing until now.
